BeeWise offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may be subject to applicable taxes. You can cancel or downgrade at any time through your account settings.

You agree not to use the Service to upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of any photos, garden data, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not use your content for purposes outside these Terms without your consent.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Disclaimers
BeeWise provides gardening advice for general information purposes. We do not guarantee specific gardening outcomes. Always consider your local conditions, regulations, and safety requirements before acting on any recommendation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeeWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 if you did not pay.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (England and Wales). Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
